Maybe you’re navigating a transition, questioning your identity, struggling in your relationships, or feeling uncertain about where you belong. You may find yourself trying to understand who you are, how your experiences have shaped you, or why certain patterns continue to show up in your life. I see therapy as a space where we can slow down, become curious about these experiences, and build a genuine relationship where you don’t have to make sense of everything on your own.

I am particularly drawn to working with people who want to understand themselves more deeply. We might explore how your past has shaped the way you see yourself, relate to other people, and navigate your life today. Therapy can give us space to approach painful or complicated experiences with openness and compassion. For me, healing means understanding ourselves more fully and finding a different way forward.

I especially enjoy working with young adults, graduate students, and professionals who are navigating this next stage of life. I work with concerns related to identity, relationships, family of origin, social anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety, and academic or professional stress. I also enjoy working with culturally diverse clients, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, international, and adoptee clients.

I believe the relationship we build in therapy is an important part of the work. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and letting me know what you need. I’m particularly interested in longer-term, in-person therapy, where we can take the time to build trust and see what emerges as we get to know each other.

Finding the right therapist matters. If what I’ve described feels like it might be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect and see if we might work well together.
