We all deserve a place where we can feel safe and supported. Natalie (she/her) aims to provide a genuine, non-judgmental, and empathic space for you to explore your concerns and work towards your personal goals. She believes that therapy is meant to help people learn more about themselves and their experiences. Natalie works collaboratively with clients to share their thoughts, process their emotions and experiences, develop insight, improve their relationships, and build skills for managing distress.

Natalie tailors her approach to therapy based on each individual’s unique strengths and needs. Generally, her approach draws from person-centered, interpersonal, and mindfulness-based therapies. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, identity development, substance use, and sexual and relational trauma, among other clinical interests.

Natalie earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington. She has experience working with college populations at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), Butler University, Indiana University, and Ivy Tech Community College. Natalie also has experience providing individual and group therapy for those experiencing concerns related to substance use.
