Kristin Roberts (she/her) believes that psychotherapy provides an opportunity to heal the emotional wounds that get in your way. Through the healing relationship offered in psychotherapy, you can gain awareness of your true self which can provide an opportunity to not only survive but to also move forward and grow. In such a psychotherapy process, you can also develop more meaningful relationships. While we cannot change difficult past experiences, we can work together to gain insight and understanding, as well as move towards positive change. Kristin’s work with individuals is collaborative, and she strives to to create an environment of trust, compassion, empathy, and respect. Kristin’s areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and spiritual issues.
